11-24-1999 – BBC – Bowie and Mercury ‘duet again’

A new video featuring David Bowie and the late Freddie Mercury is set to mark World Aids Day on 1 December.

The singers recorded the track Under Pressure in 1981 and, although the original video did not feature the two singing together, the new film sees them duet thanks to archive footage.

The new track will be released as a single with Bohemian Rhapsody on 6 December.

Mercury died from an Aids-related illness in 1991.
